Finding The Missed Path

By Mark Rashid

Mark Rashid is an international Trainer that works empathetically from the horses point of view.

Over the years I have enjoyed many of his books such as A Good Horse Is Never A Bad Colour and Horses Never Lie. This book, Finding The Missed Path just happens to be one of my favourites.

Told in a story telling format, Mark writes about a number of troubled horses that he has worked with over the years. He works with the perspective that it’s not always training problems, rather holes in the horses understanding, pain or other outside factors that have created the problematic behaviour.

The photos in this book are set out in a way that they show Mark working with the horses, particularly some mustangs and a mare called Lilly. Finding the missed path is an inspiring read, dedicated to the horses point of view.
